Like most people, I started by trying different things, making mistakes, and learning through experience. There was a lot of effort. A lot of trial and error. And a lot of overcomplication.

At some point, I began to notice something simple. The businesses that were growing consistently weren't necessarily the most talented or the most creative.

They were the clearest.

That shifted how I approached everything. Instead of chasing more tactics, I focused on fundamentals. Over time, that approach created something more stable.

Now, most of my work revolves around helping other business owners get to that point. Less confusion. More clarity. Less randomness. More structure.
